


Having spent the first 17 years of my career within sales in the motor trade, joining Easybook Training over a year ago was a big change. My role as Customer Service Consultant is totally different to what I was used to and the environment also totally different, but I really enjoy it. The first thing I remember about starting was how lovely the team were and that I felt at home straight away. I have enjoyed building up relationships with our customers and being able to assist with their requirements for booking open courses as well as onsite training.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my partner and our friends; this usually ends up in the pub!! We also love to get away in our campervan as much as possible.
